I was given a severance and let go this past year, were any of the Planners or Demand Planners and Middle Mgmt let go out of Florida or New York? I heard a lot of re-org took place since I was given my walking papers. I was one of the ones that were let go from a group where people were bullied and it was very toxic so I didn't keep in touch with them.

I think everyone gets the email. If you are impacted, you will get a last minute meeting added to your calendar ( only your managers name will show on the invite and HR will dial in or meet in the room)

@bj it appears as though the distribution lists were messed up

Everyone that falls under the sector’s impacted will likely get an email, global is probably not impacted.

Please use some logic in this thread.

@bj I feel like it would be the opposite, I would be more worried if I did get the email, just speaking from past experience.

@a6 that’s not how it works. I’ve seen these restructures happen for years. They have teams WFH and deliver the bad news via Teams so you’re not in the office when it happens.

I did not get the email, but my teammate did. I'm assuming I'm on the list, but after 20 years it doesn't phase me.

Everyone who is freaking out must be new here less than a year. Do yourselves a favor and scroll back through all the posts on this page, go back several pages, this is something that unfortunately happens every year.

Guys it’s not that hard to comprehend. Whether or not you received the email has NOTHING to do with if you’re impacted. If you didn’t receive it it’s because you’re not a part of NA. The intended purpose of the email is to allow conversations to be had in private where you are not physically around your peers. The ONLY thing this tells us is that corporate roles are DEFINITELY being impacted. That’s it. You guys are comical on your base less theories. Think critically.

Elliott Investment Management and Pepsico have reached a settlement. Reduce EE , reduce products, start to sell off locations to individual bottle companies

Everybody got the email. I’ve been at Pepsi 9 years and I’m a supervisor in Washington. I have a friend who is a sales rep for Frito in Tennessee and he got the email too.

I am assuming that those who got the email to WFH are safe (for this time) and those who did not get the email may get hit! Or is it "everyone gets THE email and then asked separately to show up or different kind of email? Does anyone know?
