With all the outsourcing, the system changes, replacement of experience, I see so many errors. Polaris is a disaster and people being rotated in and out who don’t know the process.

Well the safety numbers are definitely suspect. Fatalities is the only one I believe because it is pretty hard to hide that one!
@OP do body should. The company is so hideous, no one should take anything at the face value.

Trust me, there are errors hiding in the numbers and no one knows it… All this change at once will backfire…

XOM had completely lost the plot and any sense to do things right but it’s no different from other companies. All in arRace to the bottom.
