@bx Yes, I’m an IC up for elimination early next year. There’s no way I’ll make it through another round. In my area, we basically lost the last of the senior people, the ones who actually knew their stuff and kept things running smoothly. Now, all that’s left are the incompetent but social ones who su-k up to the even more incompetent managers and somehow manage to fly under the radar.

We've lost a lot of good people at RA. I don't know how my team is going to function at this point. Maybe that's the plan.... once we prove we can no longer manage the workload with a fraction of our team, they'll use that as a justification to drop the whole group for GBs

They’re riding on that last WARN list like it’s nobody’s business. People who were told they were safe back in the summer are being let go left and right at this very moment. But honestly, at this point, it feels like a blessing in disguise
