Dave Shull posted on LinkedIn that he’s “moving on” from HP. Only a few will know whether that was his decision or a decision made for him by HR/CEO.
Don’t be silly. Unless it’s in the news nobody is being laid off.
I think what OP is saying is that more layoffs are coming, but I think we all knew that. Maybe with this news it means more coming to HPS. I do not think it was his personal choice to leave.
