Layoffs have started, beginning at CRD in Burlington. Sounds fairly significant.

They seem to come after the MD role, at least in GTS. Many MDs made redundant. The most cursed grade in the Bank. All MDs have targets on their backs.
@n2 they're probably beefing up security from the ICE facility in the same complex
Anyone read the recent company announcement of the CRD Burlington office? They are beefing up the security and badge swipes. I have a feeling they are doing this to prepare for major layoffs coming our way.

Folks in my group were notified last week. That I know of, 2 MDs, an AVP in India, some in China.

Flat out lie. I have the calendar for Staff reductions for all of 2025 (6 days in total, been right so far) and this week is not on there.
Havent heard anything in GD yet.
