Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Has anyone seen the breakdown of results of the annual employee survey?

Lol I feel like we complete this back in June and we used to review details in team meetings but I've yet to see anything aside of that X amount of people responded to it. I'd like to see it this year for sure. I bet it's pretty bad which is why the details have not been shared. We also used to pretend (lol) to create an "action plan" based on what the team wanted to focus on yet no follow through has ever been done.

@eb the value is identifying "problem" employees whose unhappiness is likely to be expressed via work in the future. Secondly, the targeting of these employees by unethical managers is inevitable. No meaningful change will come from these surveys. I'm low-level management and what I'm telling you has been the truth over the 8 years I've been with Humana. Leadership will be humiliated, blame each other, the smoke will settle and the surveys fade off into the sunset leaving employees with no real input.

@eb I give my unvarnished opinion on every survey I get.

When companies roll out annual employee surveys, what really happens with the results? Everyone knows employees rarely give unfiltered opinions—they say what feels safe, not what they truly think. So what value do these surveys really provide?

Leaders just received their results last week so it’s still early in the timeline for sharing with teams.

Yes, Centerwell leadership got slammed and leaders are scrambling to figure out who is going to take the fall for it. one director already forced to take early retirement. we have no faith in upper leadership and the survey results reflected that

@OP I just did a quick Google search and apparently it will not be publicly available and they basically share with us what they want. What a joke! Our voices were "heard" though, right? Wow...

@OP no have not! Can’t imagine it’s good, esp after they offer this ERP and then make you wait weeks /months for an exit date!
