Time to go to the news on not receiving my paycheck for weeks. Honeywell should be embarrassed….

@5k6 only the govt gets away with that !
@n5 yep at UOP our paychecks this week were missing all of our overtime pay.
fu-k you Honeywell!
I'm currently in the process of suing Honeywell for wage theft and wrongful termination because I got upset about it. In my experience, DON"T WAIT TO REPORT THEM TO THE DEPT OF LABOR. Do it NOW! It's not going to get any better. And after I get my settlement, I won't be done with them. I'll make it national news by the time I'm done with these people. I already got Tracy Bench either fired or he/she resigned over this issues I don't really know. Pamela King should also be fired as well as Ani Parandkar. Those people did nothing to help resolve the issues, and only made them worse by firing me. So if any news outlet or anyone else wants to interview me about what happened, I'd be happy to share because this is not right what they did to me and are still doing to other people. Shame on Honeywell! Seriously the absolute worst company I have ever worked for!
@n5 - I retired in 2017 after 40 years. Could no longer stand the grind and watching them figure out different ways of ripping off the employees. Yes glad I got my 40 but it’s really sad the bean counters are running the company into the ground. I’d say not paying you was not at all by accident. Gotta make the 1/4
They changed to a different pay system. Now thousands pay slips are incorrect if getting any pay at all. Vacation time every year it is a fight to get what you had. Every other year they take half back. Not sure if they’re doing this on purpose or if the people are lost. It is all of the out sourcing they do and all the stupid done.
Keep in mind that Honeywell must send good payroll data so ADP can process it accurately. And Honeywell should verify the results. But it already laid off the employees who knew how to do that. Do not be too quick to blame ADP.
Well, did you all ever get paid from your missing paychecks? You're leaving the rest of us "in suspense" (!)
My colleagues and I have also been having issues with our pay since the switch to ADP, all I know, is that somebody better be losing their jobs for this whole mess. Totally unacceptable- I get one pay period, may be a few hiccups but after three full pay cycles it's still wrong??? Time to get the Labor board and lawyers involved. Our lovely HR department is no help at all-as someone else said all you get is "we're working on it". Who is this "We" they speak of? I would like to talk to them!
Maybe this explains why my stock goes up. They’re already creating shareholder value. Thank you for all your contributions.
You all laughed when Elliot management stated that he could get the stock up to around 300 to 398 per share. Within the first year, well now I know how he’s gonna do it.
The company has already stolen everything they can from the employee, except their paychecks themselves. So why not give it a college try?
@vn Now you know why the site is still open after the decades of punishing toil. They are probably holding back your wages to make the 1st month of the next to last financial QTR look better. After the split (Reportedly Q2-Q3 2026) you will look back to this time as the "Salad Days", meaning its only going to get worse for you and better for them.
ADP has an incredible 1.03 out of 5 star rating by the Better Business Bureau. It is rated lower than Dish Network, Lyft, and even Dollar General! I guess that whole "due diligence" thing we are always supposed to be doing doesn't apply to the HR department?
Employees at Aero Olathe Kansas that were shorted are still not paid even after they were told a second check was cut.
@n5 yes it's happening to few over here at UOP. Missing overtime pay. Holiday pay so on. PSH unreal
Is this happening at other sectors of HW? I'm in Aero and half of my group received a statement showing $0 for the last 80 hour pay period. HR said "we're working on it" and we'll have an update on Friday afternoon, and then silence. Totally unacceptable. I didn't think our morale could get much lower, and then another kick in the teeth. If this is any indication of how this company will be run after the split, we are in deep trouble.
The Urbana site is experiencing a lot of payroll issues also. It seems to be affecting a lot of newer hires. I'm not sure how they expect people to focus on their jobs when they are worried about eviction and late fees due to not getting payroll issues resolved quickly! Check errors were occuring even before ADP was involved. Ridiculous!

I am surprised someone at the top (It or HRVP) is not yet out! This is a disaster. There have been lower level employees let go for things much lesser
doesn’t matter who is to blame. Honeywell is in violation of state and federal labor law. They owe the back pay and any fees /damages expenses for legal. Lawyer hired and complaint filed.
Honeywell is moving to a 120 day payroll pay cycle to match their vendor 120 payment cycle
Payroll is messing up many employees pay at Aero Olathe Kansas . It has become a reoccurring event every pay period .
Some people are short 80 hours of pay during a two week pay period.
This is an Oracle issue and IT is working to fix it. We switched vendors and something got fudged in the transfer. A union cant solve a tech problem...
Well, we have a union. You always vote yes every contract. What’s your famous line?
You can always work more overtime. In order to make up the difference. This is why you guys are always working Monday through Sunday. Plus the holidays. True addictions attitude when it doesn’t make sense.
Go out in public and tell people that philosophy. They will laugh at you.. In fact, you even work harder when you don’t get paid. In order to push parts.
What’s the other famous line you use?
II like working where I work. I’m happy and I want you to be happy. If you don’t like working here, I want you to go somewhere where you will be happy.
Bottom line! Nothing will irritate you. As long as you get your overtime. Easy money. Honeywell says easy money. We pay when we want to pay. You’ll continue working at the speed and dedication. So you can work more overtime, you’re addiction to overtime. Number one reason why we can treat you this way.
END results. The company gets more overtime out of you.
