Not excited about Zayo. Its really a mismanaged company overall. At least Crown had somewhat of an idea. But Zayo has no clue. We have good people from Fibertech still on board. Zayo just needs to let us take charge. But who knows, knowing Zayo, they will lay us all off.

I’m laughing so hard. Sunesys people? All worthless. The network they built was dog$hit. The fiber quality, all aerial, was terrible. They didn’t even have fiber records of the network they built. This has to be one of the funniest posts of all time.

you're joking right? you honestly think Crown had everything together when it came to fiber? Everyone was STILL trying to be like they were before the mergers. it was like watching children. Guidance would get sent out on how to operate, people would cry and keep doing it the same way they have been. not because it's better.... but because they would rather just keep doing stuff the same way they always have rather than put in effort and work to help make something better. it's insane the amount of whining that was happening by everyone.
If you REALLY want to talk about making something better, don't just spend less than 30 days in a company, get to know NO ONE, complain about it on circle jrk website because you want to start some cr-p and actually try to do something and contribute. Get to know people in other departments that you can work with, bring an idea or plan forward as a suggestion and come into a company thinking of ways you can help rather than complain whine.
yeah people get layed off all the time from jobs. It su-ks, and I am hoping we don't get layed off. But at the end of the day it's a freaking business. help the business grow, work well with others and provide an incentive for Zayo NOT to lay anyone off. if you really want to show that you have some ideas, then put a presentation together and ask for some time to demonstrate it. grow up or just get out. Make room for someone who is actually going to make a difference.
@rk DP claimed he knew how to run Fiberco and Wireless…the truth is that Zayo didn’t want to touch him with a ten foot pole. DP has too much baggage and is a liability. Good luck to Arium, they got the left overs from the top down.

I’m partial to Sunesys over ALL the other fiberco that Clown Castle bought. If TH took over instead of DP, the West would have been the region to lead the way and not end up wearing orange Pumas.
