@2hn it won’t be pro-rated if laid off in January. Bonus is from the previous year, so they’ll get a full bonus, worked in.
Anyone who gets laid off definitely gets their bonus, pro-rated as always. Its always worked into severance packages. Nothing is ever itemized, but prorated bonus and prorated unused vacation is always worked into severance.
Start with HR! HR is the most bloated, inefficient, bureaucratic and red-tape driven business at Cenovus.
In Canada you should get all employer contributions as part of your severance
