Whole CBO will be under contract and jobs will be given to the contractors in next one year as per upper management plan it’s under the pipeline. Move out of Charter as soon as you can or cry later.

grab the bull by the horns and renew those resumes, get those certs, update that linkedin. get feelers out to everyone for spots. the future with cox/charter post acquisition wont be good even if they keep you around.
