Some of the posters out here assume that everyone speaking out against Charlie is a low-performing low-paid employee who is somehow beneath them in status or performance.
That is not always the case One does not have to be a low-performer to see the the pros and cons of our new CEO. There are high-rated high-performing individuals/managers who do not think Charlie is the right choice for Wells Fargo, it’s employees and shareholders. Yes we do monitor the board to keep our pulse on employee morale, and we do occasionally contribute.
We speak out to encourage you to think for yourself, to stand up for yourself, and to give you our thoughts on how to protect yourself and proceed in the current environment.
Hopefully you can tell the difference between a thoughtfully written post and one that is not.
