@13n Touchè 😄
Make sure to decline all 1:1 meeting invites from your Sr Dir with the subject: Organizational Touchbase
good, make all the indians go home
"there will be a reorg in Spring" is like saying "it will snow in the Winter" here.
Marketing forever
We are all going to get lead parachutes
I mean, duh! SEC related re-org has been slated for late Feb, early March for a while now. Nothing new here.
Regardless of pay grade, all remote employees will have the option to figure out how to be in the office or take the layoff package. No exceptions.
Reorg and five days in office will happen second week of January 2026
At this point it’d be easier to fire everyone, then start fresh. Hear me out EH
Trolling. EH reorg’ed his moms guts.
Anyone heard anything about apla?
Reducing layers of leadership means reducing layers across the company to drive cost efficiency. So yes expect more layoffs especially at the manager type levels.
@ar what team
Are you all serious or just trolling??
@ar emails announcing a coming layoff in 2026 or are they actually laying people off just before the holidays?
You only get one guess where VA will be sending the Tech work...
rhymes with... Findia....
go go accenture... super eyeroll
With the recent firing of the CTO, we should expect more changes. The board and EH must not be happy with the direction of tech. Getting rid of the CTO won't be enough change. The COO has to do something. Cuts, reorgs, outsourcing, and off shoring are all possible.

Wait wait, not ELT. I'm fvcking drunk. I meant the SVP big wigs. I get my acronyms all mixed. I definitely can't say them backwards.
GT being hit team by team with a chunk here and there. Seems to be hush out the door exits.
A fvcking reorg again. A reorg everyfvcking month.
How are teams supposed to do fvcking anything when we're getting gutted very 4 months, have no budget, and no fvcking resources?
The ELT needs to be fvcking cut. There's one common thread here and it's fvcking them.
Fvcking a55holes.
With massive layoffs. Again.
@ar ...seriously? that's all we've been doing for the last 18 months. first the big ones thanks to JD's incompetence, then the little widespread ones across all the departments that everyone tried to keep quiet.
any word on which departments are getting hit this time? or is it a blanket slice-and-dice again?
Heard the same through leadership, emails will go out before the Christmas break
