Anybody know the broader impact? I was cut from Product Learning & Development, heard there's more from that team + engineering as a whole.
Good thing we put all that work into AI so it could "replace" us eh?

13 Product enablement people were let go and the remaining few instructional designers were consolidated into an enablement function in a different department outside of Product and Solutions.
10 additional people were let go from the Engineering department. Leadership sent a department-wide message indicating that these were performance-based.
@jh I know of at least 9 but that's just my bubble. I know there's more across engineering.
Do we know how many people have been impacted? And wasn't Appian just bragging about how many people they've hired this year? 🙄
The only positive layoff has been the UK Solutions Consulting AVP and his two Directors.
