Can anyone provide any insight into what is happening with the district/ district mergings? Specifically, DM’s, DDOAP, ASM’s, DDHR, DDV’s and DVP’s?

I would start from the top, Naveen and all his Home Depot people needs to go. ALL OF THEM!

So now that this new plan has been announced.....can someone give real information on what will happen to the structure of the Jewelry Complex and District Directors? (Please no sarcasm from the peanut gallery people who think they are comedians.)

7 w 7th st Cincinnati office is closing in Q2 of 2020. All remaining employees will be moved between Mason and P2 offices. Job titles and responsibilities changing for many remaining. No word on what will happen with vacant building.

The elimination of districts will cause more duties to fall on store managers. There will be a lot of additional pressure directed towards store managers, all of this while keeping total comp low and increasing very slowly. We will not feel effects... — read more

My sources say that Macy's has announced that the Lorain data center will be closed this year. Employees are being advised today as to whether their final day will be this Friday or in April.

Another first week of February, another slate of layoffs. Years of this. How 'bout starting at the top for a change with the real loser?

Can you please post updates on what's going on with the layoffs as the calls start? Stores, Managers, Regions, Districts, DVPs, DMs etc. Will be grateful for updates. Lot riding on for many people who do not have access to the calls!!!
