The amount of store managers who have left this district is crazy. Over 90 years of combined Macy’s experience lost over the last few years. My store has changed for the worst and my position will probably be eliminated in the next announcement. Sad. — read more

I think the whole reliability thing is just a ploy to get rid of people quicker when the business needs it. That’s why they get rid of the point system because that was a shield unless you stole something. At least that’s how Macys used to be run... — read more 

So the Big Ticket area is ghastly! What is going on? Has anyone heard about changes at Central besides the new Reliability Policy How does Reliability work? With so few staff is it the beginning of the end for the rest?

They let you go with severance pay but the gip you out of 5 weeks vacation pay and 40 hrs of sick time 8hrs a day 5 days a week! Doesn't your vacation time add up to how many hrs. You worked the year before ??
