I really wonder how the lower management structure is going to look like a year from now? Changes will be implemented, that’s for sure, but are we looking at massive elimination of positions and consolidation of different roles that exist now, or the changes are not going to be that big?

Yes, I think you are looking at massive restructuring, including the elimination of all districts and realignment of regions. The elimination of districts will cause more duties to fall on store managers.
