Anyone have any feedback on what's going on with this group. Yesterday i heard a bunch of planners and dmms were let go. There they were 50 years old with 20 years service that equals 70 they got a package. 2 years severance .

Anyone know what the new management structure will look like In stores? will it be one salaried manager overseeing the leads and supervisors? Just concerned at what this will look like when all is said and done.

very very sad. i know people who had their job eliminated today. all managers were told today about the lay off today and it seems the company has a system in place for talent analysis of managers and mtm's. what happened to hr services??????

2017 MAcys layoffs will be the biggest of its kind. Stock holders are restless and want to see their stock increase. Expect regions to merge, buyers and planners to get consolidated. HR to get re-invented. and more. get your resumes out.

Rumors circulating!! Many cuts in corporate and in stores. Rumor has it HR Manager Positions will be cut and company will go to HR Coordinators like Lord and Taylor has.
