When is this ACTUALLY supposed to happen?

When is this ACTUALLY supposed to happen or at least, when are the employees supposed to be officially notified of upcoming changes? We have yet to hear about any of this in the store except for rumors and speculations.

Do you have the balls to strike?!

Maybe it's time to organize a strike, or at least invite unions to come talk to Lowe's employees? Lowe's has to be restructured. Unions can do it...they can't be worse than Lowe's corporate pigs.
