I'm wondering, if it's true that DM's are now CSA5 then who does that job title differ from a DM?
Will we still be responsible for reports, counts, inventory & running our Dept. or are we CSA's throughout the store??
Also, with PMP's due soon (I'm sure those will go over well) I wonder if they'll cancel them or something if we're not responsible for specific Depts now.
And, as a CSA5 will we still get our potential raise?
I don't see how they can run some of these stores w/ less competent people and adding more part timers. It's a cost cut some where (not a customer service face to face) and wonder what spread sheet they came across for this.
Finally, does anyone know if UE will be available after the 12 months?
