They have over paid corporate regional managers in over stuffed shirts making life changing decisions guess what when people stop shopping in your stores your jobs are expendable as well. Ace hardware cares more about their employees . Stop giving store managers 30 plus thousand dollars for cutting people and over working the ones that are left . Sad very sad the dollar is more important then having people to give good customer service.
