Dude, for the temps, there is a hiring FREEZE for everyone, but as a temp you may be safer, being that they can let you go easier once your real work is done. Also, they don't pay into your 401K and other stuff so you are cheaper in the long run.

All hands meeting? To explain your new job roles.. maybe to grab a few of you on the way in and explain the new work environment. They may ask you all to sit in a circle and circle jerk each other, the first 10% to blow their loads is fired.

To let everyone know what is going on. All directors/mamagers are beimg told to have all hands meetings with their depts to answer any questions and "help keep the remaining employees positive".
