Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

It wasn't just under-performers.. it was also a lot of good workers, too much pay etc for what they were doing, and plenty of political mischief. When DCMA, Corporate ethics audits and govt review and challenge boards start happening, they don't want anyone nearby to tell the truth. Good ol boys..... ass-covering mode. By the way, the layoffs aren't finished by any means, this is just the appetizer. Corporate wants 10-20 percent, and CSW gave them 4% today. The ONLY reason it wasn't 10-20% today was because those kinds of massive layoffs at one time cause panic on wall street and it looks bad. There's more coming...
