Sorry, you are wrong "Suing L3". There is no personally identifiable information on any of this, I don't have, only HR does. This is just a list of layoffs by position. I assume they itemized it by age so they can show anyone that says "HEY, you laid me off since I'm old, I'm going to sue for age discrimination", they show them this. It's mandated by law.
