If you accepted the VRIF on 7/22 and your termination date is 8/29, then L-3 wasted 6 weeks paying someone after they quit in addition to the severance. This company cannot be beat when it comes to wasting money to save money (SAP).

Just saying most managers have been told to except everyone no matter who... it doesn't mean you were going to get axed

Why would you be mad your VS offer is rejected? That means you can keep watching tv on your phone at work and get paid instead of job-hunting for less benefits.

I'm not sure I'll be that mad if they reject my VRIF, because the incentive isn't that much since I am in the 10% range. Can you say which Dept and which incentive those turned down tend to be in?

Has anybody that accepted the VSO heard back yet on whether they are layer off yet and when it is going to happen? WTF takes 8, 9, or 10 days to decide to lay off people you have offered lay offset to?
