No extra weeks pay. Departments are choosing departure. Some as early as the 19th and others as late as the 29th. There are difficult times ahead but we will be a smaller more efficient team. It is a simple solution to less work. Weed out poor performers, let others leave with little to no incentive, hope the rest of the needed number Jump ship, then if needed due lay offs.
