Heard that CSW thought they were going to be profitable for 4th quarter, but are not and so another layoff is going to take place around the holidays. Can anyone confirm this? Was hoping the layoffs were done for this year.

Apparently at least one ex-manager has been rehired into a different position. I thought there was a provision against that in the separation agreement.
