I did the math, and according to my calculation laying off the weak performing CM , as mentioned, plus his best friend would save 4.5 of us lower paid hard working employees in OPs....Just saying.

Its a shame the decision makers don't look more closely at Quality and CM, rather than Ops, if that is the case. We have people in CM who cant even set up a program or know how CM is supposed to manage a baseline. They are rude to the customers and we (Ops) can rarely find any of them after 3:30 - 4:00 pm when we need their help. In fact they have one who has spent most of his career feeding DCMA crap, rather than doing any real CM work.
As far as Quality group, some of those just need a kick in the butt.
I say give OPs a break and look as those groups for a change.
the people that get the axe are going to be from the fat hog belly of ops, no direct charge no job, they should also can about half of the piggies in those offices down steves magic row, hopefully not that dark haired hunny with the long legs, she doesnt do anything, but she keep my stick in shape
