I have recently got an offer and wanted to know.How is the Quarterly Profit Bonus (QPB) calculated is it approximately 6% of the annual pay divided by 4 quarters . Or is it 6% each quarter .and how is that during the stock decline ?

I’m currently interviewing for Intel as a MEng , any advices .

All this talk of layoffs, delays, down sizing etc, but has anybody actually heard anything concrete about a similar layoff as 2015 / 16 or any pending job cuts? Its all just speculation at the minute??

Some managers only know how to force their will on their employees. If you look different even more so. They probably never heard of a thing called collaboration.

Anyone know what’s up? The whole “contract employee vs. normal employee” conversation. Overhiring? Understaffing? Contract employees joining normal employee’s groups to take their jobs?

I spent the weekend applying for jobs. Maybe it's time for Intel to make a little effort if it wants to stay somewhat competitive in the market, right?
