Habana employed around 180 people when it was acquired, a number which grew to over 900 over the past three years. The company has remained an independent unit within Intel ever since."
So within 3 years, head count increases 5 times from 180 to 900. With the layoff of 100, the workforce is 800, still 4+x the original. So so bloated and wasteful...
I guess the leadership needed a practice round.
