What makes you stay at Honeywell?

For me it's my age - will be retiring in 2 years and I hope I do not have to change companies before I check out. What about you? What makes you stay at Honeywell?

Hey leaders .. treat us like a startup

You gave me options to keep me interested. Now i see nothing but take take take. You want new products. Pay like a startup. Cut the cash and pile on options. Make up the furlough pay with 3 yr options 20% under market price.
