Has Krista ever even worked 8 hours in a store? Does anyone in upper leadership know what it is like to spend 40+ hours a week in a store on your feet, toe to toe with a demanding customer? They don't know the technology they don't know the products and they don't know what we deal with. If they did they would not force us to work on these c-ap systems that hardly ever work. it's just another flavor of the week given out from people, from their comfy home who are not tech savvy and just don't get it. no street cred #onedisaster
