    • If you don't pick up your coworkers when they are on PTO or sick leave.
    • If you always have an excuse why you can not drop what you are doing for something more important.
    • If you never are late for company fun events.
    • If people complain about you countless times.

...If... you my friend are a piece of deadwood.

The PC Market has it's worst year (2015) - but 2016 will be even worse and you can expect layoffs

Dell is not immune and things will get much worse on the PC side - I know they are shifting things more towards software and services but the PC side will continue to bleed. Austin continues to struggle and things will not improve in a long time - we were slow on the mobile side and we are paying the price right now not to mention that Apple is eating everyone's cake right now and there is noting on the horizon that would indicate that things will be chaining any time soon.

Finally on managers, we have a ton of managers that do nothing, there are some of them that have one or no direct reports, you cannot run a company that way - they are draining resources and are just #deadwood - my advice to the management is - CUT THEM
