Is there a list anywhere of who has been let go? I'm no longer with the company, but I would love to find out that some of the people I knew got cut because if I was making the calls, they'd be gone. Bill Patterson? Ty Maxey? Tom Bundy? Terri King? Dave Mabee? Judith Clifford? Jim Dosch? Don Hrap? Christine Lloyd?

Probably the best way to determine if one these idjuts are gone is whether morale in their group goes up significantly.
Organizational announcements are always published for those who have "retired". If an underling is let go and not a manager, they don't get an announcement. What you see is who will be filling their position and you have read between the lines to realize who was doing it before is gone. And if they get rid of someone and truly eliminate the position, what more of an announcement is needed when "exiting deepwater exploration" is all you need?
I recognize quite a few from that rogue's gallery. Some are gone, some have been gone for awhile, and the rest who should go.....check back in a couple of weeks.
Surviving this next round may be a relief, but the current cost reductions were based on a higher oil price forecast. We will likely see further reductions in the work force, asset sales and a reduction in benefits. Be prepared to tighten your belts and seek shelter, the storm will continue

And I think there is an App on the managers iPhones that makes a notification sound every time someone is shown the door. The sound effect can be configured to by the managers. Current favorites include Cha-Ching, Doh, and the death sound from their favorite game.
