You call into many meetings, but never add or contribute to the discussion. Leave 10 minutes early to avoid assignments, and if directly asked a question, you defer to someone else, since you know nothing and have been floating for years......?

Any thoughts on unionizing salaried employees at Ford? Seriously, after all of this, I really don't see a downside, so is there an interest, and if so, any good proposals on how to start the process?

Isn’t that just the normal annual raise? They said it was happening next spring. Seems like that is just normal for GM. Ford usually gets lower pay and raises than GM , ours is usually 2.7%. lol.

Anyone have any news on if any Agency/Purchased Services layoffs are happening before the end of the year?

I don't really like my current role or manager and have found something I would be more interested. Should I tell my current manager or apply / talk to new manager first and then try to interview without telling my current manager?

Seems like it is wrong for most posts.
