Is there a PIP process here?
New to the company relatively but I’m pretty sure there are people who hate me and want me to get fired. What sort of processes do they go through here to do that? I don’t want to work here long term anyway ( 6 months more or so at most) but I want... — read more

You won't have it much better elsewhere
I know Ford su-ks and working here su-ks, but you won't have it much better elsewhere. I came to Ford from GM thinking I was doing myself a favor. I ended up with the exact same problems and the exact same toxic work environment as in my old job... — read more

This is a mediocre company at best

I don’t respect my LL6; can I move out?
Frankly I detest any interaction with them. All I hear is BS lies about having a “team” and “culture” when in fact everyone operates in their silo and there is no road map or plan for anything. Can I move to another LL6 or team? My LL5 is great , I... — read more

Isn’t that just the normal annual raise? They said it was happening next spring. Seems like that is just normal for GM. Ford usually gets lower pay and raises than GM , ours is usually 2.7%. lol.
