I barely work 15 hours a week on a good week and the management is completely clueless. Worst case i work 2 hours more in evening to deal with anything out of the blue.

I am an LL5 close to retirement. I love the remote worklife. I moonlight on another job so I make double pay! Life is good.
In reply to "All team members in Model E are firing on all cylinders". There are no piston cylinders in electric motors. This company is doomed
OP is doing half A$$ job in 2 jobs and wonder why the company they work for is sh8tty. look in the mirror and see the reason why.
OP has to be a troll who doesn't work for the company. How in the world could someone think like this and have any dedication to their work or the company. Shameful. Totally opposite of what leadership's vision is for the company as discussed in last week's Town Hall. If you weren't moved or motivated at all after that cordial meeting, we cannot help you.
@OP how much money do you need? Maybe learn about cash flow and you won’t have to fathom taking a second job.
Lots of moochers, starting with the family that owns only 2% of shares yet milk it for everything. Elon owns 20% of Tesla
@hqv+1qcJqSfn you'll be supersized how many bad apples are out there. There was this one coworker that was let go in August '22. I checked that person's LinkedIn in September to connect and wish them well.
I was supersized to see the person had already a job which started back in Feb '22 and had the Ford job as ended in Jan '22!
What you have described is stealing. Do you dine and dash and shoplift too?
I assume these posts are from HR to muster up support for RTO. No one believes this cr-p. People are working their butts off, whether in the office or at home.
I work at the labs here in palo alto, we're all remote also. I got a 2nd full time engineering job about a year and a half ago, and my work bestie just got one 6 months ago lol. I'm sure there's others, no one ever sees or talks to anyone for weeks.
There's literally zero accountability for any sort of deadline, managers are also non or barely technical so they don't really understand how long a project should take.
I know a number of vo workers from Model E. They have no work and work from home for the past 2 years. They finished their home remodeling and Ford paid for it. Also, they have side jobs for extra income.
Some of them called in from Cancun and Florida. What a great company to work for.
Model E employees are the worst offenders. People in legacy ICE programs have actual deliverables and have to show up at labs and plants.
This is what everyone from LL5 down to GSR have been doing since 2021.
It's called Work From Home.
Disgraceful. It's clear you don't work in Model E. Unfortunately this mindset is all too common in the parts of the company that will be sunset shortly.
All team members in Model E are firing on all cylinders to propel this company into the future under the guidance of the most impressive leadership team this company has ever seen.
Lol...this is likely a troll post..but it's a good one. Waiting for DF town hall guy to come buy and make some bland - vanilla response about integrity and "didn't you hear them say...?" C'mon...someone do your best impression please...its the Holidays and I need a laugh......GO
Good for you, OP!!!
good job! Milk Ford for everything you can.
