How is Ford's ranking level system done? I'm a GM engineer [Level 6A] wheras my engineering manager is Level 8. Way positions are coded seem confusing.

Will there be involuntary severance pay this time around? The involuntary separation benefits (used in April separation) which was online at lifeatford.com until last week has been deleted and cannot be found.

Checked on life@ford to confirm the severance details for involuntary separations. Today there's no sign of the policy. You know, SIRP - the one that says 9 months severance pay for 20+ years of service. Curious if anyone else is able to find it.
