Once we get right sized it will be a more efficient place to work. The only reason I am going is the lump sum. 33 yrs and I will not have the interest rates this low for my foreseeable future. I would come back contact because there is still a lot of knowledge to transfer to the younger engineers. 2-3 days per week would be great.
How do we know the SDR will be decimated this week?
There will be a lot of Percepta employees available after they decimate the SDR next week.
