I’m fairly new to ford and Boy oh boy! Realized how big of a mess it is here! I’m already fed up with unnecessary complex process
Everything is a mess and always last minute! High ups love to call meetings and act big shots and try to blame others anyway they can
I feel it’s just not worth all that unnecessary stress along with the fear of being let go.
I would rather take this opportunity to find something better.

I joined Ford in 2017 and was part of the 2019 SRD. Last one hired, first one fired I reckon. In the short time I was there I had positive things said about me.
Anyway, I thought my job before Ford was filled with red tape. Ford wins by a mile. I never understood why a 1 month project would take 6 months (or longer). All those useless meetings. Then we went into the LEAN way of doing things. JFC. I was on 2 LEAN teams so all those meetings were doubled. (My team consisted of 13 people and the Ford LEAN rules would not allow more than 10 on a team. We had a team of 10 and a team of 3. The 3 of us had to attend both team's meetings.) In reality, there was not enough work for 13 people. The team could have run just as efficient with 6. Among those 13 were 3 BAs. I never saw that nonsense before.
