DXC 2022 Payrise & Promotion Leak

Mate of mine in the UK sent me this. It's a photo from an internal presentation promising rises to staff https://imgur.com/a/jyasf3Y

Why not incentivise employees with annual pay rises and market rate pay to make this company the success it should be!

Strange no town halls from the CEO, would be nice to know the plans regarding pay rises. Was the no pay rise in the UK last year a one off, just applicable to last year or is the future going forward. I feel it's unfair to string hard working... — read more

When will it end?

Everyone's noticed that the entire focus of leadership has shifted to cuts. They actually just manage the fall and nothing else. I wonder how much longer will the company be in this slump? Is there anyone optimistic enough to think that things will... — read more

The best choice is to leave

If you want to see your salary go up, change companies. You'll be waiting a long time for it to happen here.

Analysts I dare you

I dare any Analysts that attends the quarterly calls, to challenge DXC on why they are not investing in their people through a company wide pay increase. Not country specific... Company wide. Not role specific. (Sales) Company wide. That investment... — read more

WFR/VR?

Do we think WFR or VR will open up soon? DXC have said they’ll be focusing on “staff optimisation” and increasing revenue for FY24…

This company has become pathetic

We don't have leadership, we don't have a product, and we barely have a few competent employees. Actually, now that I think about it, saying DXC is pathetic is being generous.

Should I stay/should I go

After over 28 service I have been offered a new job elsewhere, I should I go? Should I stay? I am expecting lots of go, go, go but after so long working in a great team, great tl, great manager I just can't decide, for me it's the people I work with... — read more

Is there any leadership?

With no sign of Micky and the rest of the gang what's going on? Are they still around or on long term sick? Micky only appears on the earnings call every 3 months, Mary or the others you never hear from. Never any news on things significance such... — read more

The leadership ruined this company

Their greed and short term goals do not allow the company to grow. Can you even compare this place when you first started working here and now? Isn't it only a faint echo of what it once was?

Q2 redundancies?

Hearing rumours of redundancies in early Q2 - any truth to these?

Nearly July anyone heard on pay raises?

I cant belive the jokers sent out next years appraisal start even when they haven't concluded last years raises. What sort of mad folks are running this organisation. The head of HR needs to be replaced.

DXC managers only know how to cut

It's all because DXC managers only know how to cut. They have never seen growth in thier experience,so don't posses them skills. How can such managers comprehend dealing positively with employees when thier only game is to chop. They can't... — read more

Why try

DXC have a performance review system for non sales employees with no compensation behind it. How do they think that encourages people to meet their goals? This anorexic company doesn't realise that investing in people will drive company performance... — read more

Greed is destroying this company

I hope that I will be able to leave soon so that I don't have to witness how the greed of those at the top is destroying this company. Not only do they not care about the employees but it seems to me that they don't care about the customers either. — read more

UKI All Hands

Since lying Halbard left to London Markets… Has there been any UK centric calls?

That's a clear message for long timers

I've been loyal to the company for years but it's extremely frustrating to see someone who just started working here, without nearly as much experience, getting paid almost the same as me. It's not only an insult to those of us who have been here... — read more

Work hard.

Why don't staff get raises

I don't understand why every year the Execs take millions in pay, then the next quarter they announce that there is no money left for raises. As if the money only appears magically for 1 quarter in the year. As this is correct for several years why... — read more

Are mim a joke these days?

Speaking as ex csc mim it seems the role has become a joke with the team used as whipping boys for angry clients

Few fear layoffs

But why? The reason is probably that staying here is much worse than getting cut. Most of my colleagues who were laid off say that it was a real blessing in disguise because they are now in better companies.

Customer Pay awards

HPIM staff shortage

Used to be they had HPIM in every pie but now struggling to find them. Last saw them with just 2 guys on shift the whole few weeks. What is going on?

Are we about to be hit with WFR?

Do we with they are trying to force people out of their own accord, or are WFRs on the horizon? Whilst we all know we can 'leave when we want' its not always that simple, and many people it seems are holding out for WFR, how likely do we think it... — read more

Lack of individual career growth
