Lawsuits? CCI wins or settles all of them. I don't know of any big money suits they have lost. Anybody can sue anybody.The results of the pending litigation is all we need to focus on here.

The information is legitimate. Expect layoffs at Heald in two weeks unless the enrollments improve. The numbers are off by 20%.
