@Dr. Who. Makes sense. Maybe you can simply avoid doing the administrative crap at Heald. The worse they can do is fire you. Heald instructors are going to get a LOT MORE administrative crap involving "student retention". Heald administration likes the idea of throw away adjunct faculty as it is a LOT cheaper than full time faculty and given the poor economy one can always find a revolving door of adjunct faculty.
