CCI is likely to lose Title IV in 2015 as at that time you can't keep defering all the bad student loans. The 3 year cohort default rate is likely to hit 40% or even higher.

Wyotech (aka Wyocrap) instructors don't make 40K.
Most of the Wyotech instructors are part time. Part timers are paid between $1500 and $2000 per course. It's not worth it to take a pay cut when you are only being paid $1500 a course.
