Many talk of CCI crimes, but no one has been arrested. Many talk about suing CCI but always remain anonymous. California AG starts a civil law suit not a criminal case.
Multitudes come forward saying they have evidence of crimes they have shared with authorities.
Attorney General Holder would have brought a criminal case, if he had evidence beyond people's grumbling.
Fraud, etc, etc, etc. If he had hard evidence he would act. Give him evidence beyond talk, talk, talk.
