In the "old pre CCI" Heald the top 10% of the graduation class was picked out and sent off to employers. NOW With the "new Heald" being CCI, the top 10% of the graduation class is OUT of work like everybody else. So many employers have given Heald BAD reviews on the Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) that employers will no longer hire a Heald Graduate. SOLUTION. The Elite Heald College graduates will be hired as Heald Salespeople. It's a WIN-WIN. CCI gets salespeople close to minimum wage, the job placement numbers look better as the Heald Business graduates are gainfully employed, CCI has people that know the "Heald System" along with knowing of other potential students.
