I started the term with 129 students. At the end of the term I will only have 39 students who pass the course "assuming" some of those do work in week 12 and don't get zeros. In reality, I will probably end up with 32 students who pass the course.

Generally CCi has 4 business days to disclose most form 8-K events to the SEC. Oh, and this Friday is not a business day...
