I believe WyoTech will be on the market. They were a great and well respected school until CCi bought them out. The are thousands of openings in the automotive field and in the heavy diesel field. The same thing happened to WyoTech as what happened to other schools CCi purchased, they went bad because of constant changes. About every 6 months there was a new corporate person in charge of the WyoTech division. The best was Frank, I can't remember how to spell his last name, came in to run the WyoTech division. This guy came directly from the movie theater industry. Smart move, bring a person in with a degree in popping corn to run an automotive school. And everyone that came in had his own idea on what needed changed. The we had the tiny guy, Benvinutti or however it's spelled. He started out by putting half the instructors on PIPS because they had attrition in their class. If you reached 2% attrition you were put on a PIP and were ineligible for merit raises, remember those? So anyways, I hope a respectable company comes in and rescues WyoTech. I also hope everything turns out OK for all the CCi employees that got dragged down with the poor management of this company. When a corporation gets too big and consistently makes changes just to make changes, it's bound to end this way.

16639 I can't imagine that both Aurora and Thornton would have stayed open for much longer even without the current mess. I don't believe either were profitable. I have no insights regarding C. Spgs
"It isn’t clear whether the Santa Ana-based company’s other schools, WyoTech and Everest colleges, will also be sold or will be closed, although a decision is expected tonight."
