In Canada, how many years you get for each year of service? Do they round to the full year or prorate? And what about unvested RSUs?

Cultural Crisis in COP drags the Company Down

As a research analyst in O&G stocks, I read through many blogs and sites to understand the internal workings of a company. One thing that stands out on this site is the vitreal hatred that exists in your company. At a time when people need to stand... — read more

HQ quietness

Anyone notice the deafening silence at HQ now that P66 packed up and left? This place is a ghost town, is anyone actually working around here?

Life goes on, and it is good.

I EOI'd last Nov, and just have to say, best thing ever after 35 years in the grind. Hang in there if you want to stay, but try not to stress too much about the leaving whether it is your choice or theirs. Endings can make great beginnings.

Whammy! Conocophillips is a great place.

I think the people really make the company. The kindess and generosity I have witnessed in the company and the nuturing culture create a fantastic work environment. The sky is the limit in this organization. Yayyyy team! :)
