Perhaps I am exaggerating, but very often I get the feeling that our so-called leadership does not know what it is doing, that is, that they have lost control over the situation here and the future of the bank. That's just my personal impression... — read more

How?

I’m at my wits end with dealing with staff who cannot answer a single question about the job they’ve been doing for years. And yet HR didn’t allow these people to be let go . Zero asset to the team in every level

Is it really so easily possible?

I would like to hear your opinion: if a person gives their best, is dedicated to their work and adds value to the company, is it still possible to end up unfairly marked as "below" expectations? If so, is it possible to prevent it somehow?

EXCITEMENT

We can add pronouns to teams & now a $20 Uber gift card! What excitement. I feel like an owner!

How is your work-life balance?

I loved my job even though I didn't have a particularly good work-life balance before. Lately though my balance has been increasingly getting worse and I've finally decided to leave. Expectations from employees are becoming too unrealistic.
