Talk with some of the remaining FLA’s and the biggest and worst part of their job is dealing with no jobs available on a daily basis unless there is inclement weather. They are getting beat up on both ends, from the field and their line of Mgmt.

There will be announcements of a few level 2 and 3 surpluses in mobility. Most of those affected already know and have new positions waiting for them in MSE.
