When you see new org announcements where level 2s no longer report to an Associate Director and now report to Director, does that mean the AD is probably on the chopping block?

Basically saying good bye to folks who are not part of the good old boys club. They are going to announce alignment and how they plan on winning. What a joke. Please just call it a lay-off call and nothing else.

If you start your pension benefit the day after being off payroll how long to get the 1st annuity check? I've hear the lump sum takes up to 60 days, I'm wondering if the annuity takes the same.
