Ashame to see all these laysoff/RTO issues! Anything on Wireless part of the company?

My last day is tomorrow but my co-workers (Engineering group) are not aware of this RTO and our market is not located in one of the 9 offices. Is there any group that is exempted from this RTO?

AT&T have been reluctant to provide access to low-population, rural communities because the investments are expensive and the regions do not offer a lot of subscribers but now there are 42B reasons to expand POTS service

Looks like the deal is about done! AT&T to sell off their ILEC copper assets and services and retain all Fiber assets in all States outside of California. Will be interesting to see how they continue with out California revenue.
